We Offer 3 Unique Wrap Products:
· The "Unique Projects" Wrap
  Tailored to accommodate the smaller unique projects.
  Receipts: Up to $5M (maximum of 12 units). Minimum policy premium is $50,000 with a SIR minimum* of $25,000.
· The Classic Wrap
  Our classic product is for Developers and General Contractors.
  Receipts: Up to $30M (maximum of 50 units). Minimum policy premium is $125,000 with a SIR minimum* of $25,000.
· The Condo Conversion Wrap
  Tailored for condo conversions.
  Receipts: Up to $30M (maximum 40 units and 8 buildings). A SIR minimum* of $25,000.

  * SIR minimums are based upon underwriting criteria, company size, experience and work performed.

 

Risk Management Service is required for ALL accounts. Prior to binding, project must have a signed contract for Wrap Administration and Risk Management Service with:
