Each year, the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) presents their Specialized Transportation Symposium. This event brings together the industry’s foremost specialized transportation professionals and government permitting officials to discuss permitting harmonization, safety, regulations, compliance and some of the most pressing topics in specialized transportation today.
Though the Symposium is typically presented in February, the 2021 event will take place June 22-24, 2021, in Birmingham, Alabama. Over the course of three days, the Symposium will offer myriad opportunities to network with industry peers and learn from respected leaders in the OS/OW sector.
The schedule is replete with panels and presentations covering topics highly relevant to the current specialized transportation landscape and offers attendees valuable opportunities to learn how they can position their companies for success.
Our Specialized Transportation Program Manager, Bill Hebron, will present during an especially high-value session – the SC&RA Insurance Partners Panel, which gives participants an unmatched opportunity to hear from five of SC&RA’s insurance partners on different insurance topics and will conclude with a Q&A session. Bill will kick off the panel session, and James Stovall from USI Insurance Services LLC will close the session with Mitigating Insurance Costs.
